Dennis Carpenter

Carpenter in in Charlotte NC stopped by over Christmas on my way South. He has good stuff and the Bronco matching parts are plentiful.
I got some nice door arm rests, nutclips . They also sold me (back a couple of Months) my new windshield seal that actually worked.
Check them out he has Ford dies and makes all kinds of parts onsite. Ford guy all the way.

Hey Oarsman,
I dug around on the DC website & didn't see a mid windshield gasket listed. Might you be able to find the DC part number?
Did you replace the windshield, as well?

Hi Nate,

DC doesn't sell Econoline parts, but if you know which parts are the same as Bronco or f100 you can get some good parts. I believe, but 100% the F100 windshield gasket is the same for our vans. Can some one confirm or deny ??

They do but mostly for 1st gen Econolines.

No F100 or any other Ford pickup windshield gasket will fit any Econoline ever made unless it is the 1st gen Econoline pickup that uses the same windshield and gasket as the 1st gen Econoline vans.
I can say without reservation that the only windshield gaskets that fits the 1968/'69 thru 1974 Econoline vans are specific to those models.

On Ebay I see front door seals and other rubber from "Class Tech Cars" are they legit?

There is a guy on face book that just used all the stuff from Steel Rubber and said it worked ok. I have to make the decision on where to by. I need all the rubber.

I had a he- - of a time getting my windshield right. I am not sure if it was Steele bad gasket or bad glass. Carpenter gasket and AP Tech glass worked "like it should " according to my 45 yr glass guy. My 2 cents.
